Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a commercial clean?
A commercial clean is for business spaces like offices, storefronts, or buildings. It includes tasks like dusting desks, sanitizing common areas, trash removal, and keeping the space tidy for clients or staff.
2. What is a residential clean?
Residential cleaning is for homes, apartments, or condos. It covers living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
3. What’s the difference between residential cleaning and housekeeping?
Residential cleaning is a full-service clean with a flat rate (like general or move-out cleanings). Housekeeping is more flexible and hourly — perfect for light tidying, laundry, dishes, and organizing.
4. What is the difference between a general clean and a deep clean?
A general clean includes wiping down surfaces, cleaning bathrooms & kitchen, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, making beds & taking out trash, best for regular maintenance and upkeep. A deep clean is everything in general cleaning plus, inside of all appliances, drawers, cabinets, baseboards, light switches, door frames, walls, etc. Recommended for first-time clients or neglected units.
5. What is a move-out/move-in clean?
This is a deep, top-to-bottom clean designed to prepare a home for the next occupant. It includes cleaning inside cabinets, appliances, baseboards, and more — perfect for landlords, tenants, or property managers.
6. What is a post-construction clean?
Post-construction cleaning removes dust, debris, and residue after remodeling or new builds. It’s more detailed and may involve deep dusting, paint splatter removal, and extra attention to hard-to-reach areas.
7. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Nope! We bring our own unless you prefer we use yours — just let us know ahead of time.
